Art History & Architecture
Working with a well-known Kathmandu-based architect, students can learn about the rich art history of Nepal. Besides working at the architect’s studio working on architectural drafts, they can make site visits to the venues the architect is working at, visits to local craftspeople including wood carvers, bronze and copper casters, and silversmiths.

"I thought the program was coordinated very well, and I had a world of resources and information at my disposal just by picking my coordinator's brain on any of the topics that we were studying (and some that we were not).  I came to Kathmandu with few expectations and the program greatly surpassed them.”
