FOR ALL PROGRAMS - The starting date is the day the students arrive in country. The ending date is the day the students leave to return home. Travel time to and from the student’s host country is not included in the duration of our programs. The price of all programs (except the Personal Passage) includes all expenses during the program except for personal and medical expenses. The cost of travel to and from the host country is not included but all other travel during the program (including air travel in many cases) is included. The Fee covers the following: - Orientation/Close of Program Session.
- Coordinator’s time facilitating.
- Home stay (three meals a day and lodging while in Kathmandu).
- Language course.
- Two Independent Study Projects.
- Transport during program components.
- Half-day sightseeing tours.
- Airport transfers/transportation.
The Fee does not cover:
- Round trip airfare to/from participant’s home country.
- Extra Independent Study Projects.
- Personal Spending Money for food outside of home stay.
- Personal Communication.
- Personal Transportation.
- Visas.
- Airport tax.
- Other activities besides program components.
